I love these dreamy scenes, often with a sense of underlying sadness, created by artist Dan-ah Kim. Her work is serene and beautiful with a subtle playfulness that I find immensely appealing. Here are a few of my favorite paintings by Ms. Kim.
Kim is a Brooklyn based artist and designer, dividing her time between making art and freelancing in film and television. She graduated from Pratt Institute with a BFA in Communications Design - Art Direction.
