I'm part of the Photographers of Etsy street team and we've recently begun making an concerted effort to boost our team's exposure on Etsy. Mostly, this is done through Treasuries - finding ones that feature POE team members and then clicking all the items and leaving comments (which will boost the treasury and move it up a page or two).
